This website is created and hosted using Framer, a service provided by Framer B.V., Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
When you visit this website, technical information may be processed, including your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, and the date and time of access.

This website uses Framer's integrated Analytics to understand general website activity and improve its content and usability.
Framer Analytics operates without cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. The resulting statistics are used to evaluate website performance rather than identify individual visitors.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on my legitimate interest in improving the website.
Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and other advertising-tracking services are not used.
5. Contact Form and Enquiries
When you contact me through the website contact form or by email, the information you provide is processed to respond to your enquiry.
This may include:
Your name and email address
Your project location
The type of interior design assistance requested
Your message and other information voluntarily provided
The contact form is provided through Framer. Submitted information is forwarded to my business email address, which is operated through Apple iCloud Mail.
Where an enquiry relates to a potential or existing contractual relationship, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
For general correspondence, processing may be based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Information is retained only for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry, maintain relevant correspondence and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.
6. Business Email and Cloud Storage via Apple iCloud
For business email communication and the storage and synchronisation of digital documents, I use Apple iCloud and iCloud+, provided by Apple Distribution International Ltd., Cork, Ireland.
Business Email
My business email address, hi@traceyannfalldorf.com, is operated through iCloud Mail using a custom email domain.
When you communicate with me by email, personal data such as your name, email address, message content and attachments may be processed and stored.
This information is used to respond to enquiries, communicate with clients, exchange project information and fulfil contractual obligations.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual communication and the performance of client contracts. Where applicable, processing may also be based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for legitimate business correspondence or Article 6(1)(c) GDPR for compliance with legal obligations.
Cloud Storage and Document Management
Apple iCloud Drive is also used to store, synchronise and back up business-related documents and project information across my devices.
Depending on the project, this may include photographs, floor plans, SketchUp files, design concepts, presentations, PDFs, correspondence and other project-related documents.
This processing supports document management, business continuity and the delivery of agreed interior design services.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where processing is necessary for contractual performance, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for legitimate organisational and security interests.
Apple applies encryption and other security measures to protect information stored in iCloud. The level of protection depends on the service and the account's security settings.
Apple and its service providers may process data in different countries. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the applicable requirements of Chapter V GDPR must be met.
Business information is retained only as long as necessary for the relevant purpose, subject to contractual and statutory retention obligations.

7. Appointment Booking via Meetergo
I use Meetergo to organise introductory conversations, follow-up consultations and project meetings.
The service is provided by meetergo GmbH, Germany.
When booking an appointment, the following information may be processed:
Name
Email address
Telephone number
Appointment date, time and booking details
This information is used to arrange appointments, send booking confirmations and manage communication relating to the meeting.

Appointments are booked through Meetergo's external website, where its own privacy information also applies.
Further information: https://meetergo.com/en/data-privacy
8. Telephone and Online Consultations
Consultations may take place by telephone or online video conference.
An initial First Exchange is generally conducted as a 15-minute telephone conversation.
Where both parties see potential for collaboration, a subsequent online consultation may be arranged to discuss the interior design process, services, fees and possible next steps.
During ongoing client projects, online meetings may be used to discuss designs, review progress and agree on project decisions.
For online meetings, the technical information required to establish and conduct the session may be processed, including participant information, connection details and audio or video data transmitted during the meeting.
The legal basis is generally Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the meeting relates to a potential or existing client contract.
9. Optional Recording and Documentation of Project Meetings
During ongoing interior design projects, selected online meetings may be recorded for documentation purposes.
Recordings help document project requirements, design discussions, decisions and agreed next steps.
Meeting recordings are optional and take place only with the prior, informed written consent of all participants.
Clients may decline recording without any disadvantage to their project or the services provided.
Depending on the features used, documentation may include:
Audio and/or video recordings
Meeting transcripts
AI-generated summaries and notes
Agreed tasks and decisions
Meetergo's recording and AI Notetaker functions may be used for this purpose.
Where recording is based on consent, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
Meeting recordings and related transcripts are generally retained for the duration of the relevant project and deleted upon project completion, unless a specific legal reason justifies longer retention.
Relevant design decisions, approvals and other project documentation may be retained separately where necessary for contractual performance, legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
10. Digital Project Collaboration via Notion
For the organisation, documentation and management of interior design projects, I use Notion, a digital workspace provided by Notion Labs, Inc., USA.
Notion provides a dedicated digital project area where relevant information can be organised and shared with clients.
Depending on the individual project, this may include:
Names and contact details
Project requirements and descriptions
Floor plans, photographs and design concepts
Material and product selections
Project schedules and progress documentation
Comments, decisions and approvals
Clients receive individual invitations by email to access their project area.
Access is intended to be restricted to authorised participants. Clients may need to create or use a Notion account depending on the access method.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, where processing is necessary to fulfil the interior design contract.
Notion may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers require appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR, including an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

11. Optional Communication via WhatsApp Business
My preferred communication channels are email and the dedicated Notion client portal.
At a client's request, WhatsApp Business may additionally be used for quick, informal communication and the exchange of project-related photographs or information.
WhatsApp communication is entirely optional and is not required to use my interior design services.
When WhatsApp Business is used, personal data may be processed, including telephone numbers, messages, photographs and other information voluntarily shared.
Where necessary for the performance of a client contract, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
WhatsApp Business is provided in the European region by WhatsApp Ireland Limited. Personal data may also be processed by affiliated companies and service providers outside the European Economic Area, subject to applicable legal safeguards.
Important contractual matters, project approvals and formal documentation are preferably handled through email or the Notion project portal.

Depending on the purpose, relevant service providers may include Framer, Apple iCloud, Meetergo, Notion and WhatsApp Business.
Where service providers process personal data on my behalf, appropriate data processing arrangements are required under Article 28 GDPR.
Some providers or their subprocessors may process personal data outside the European Economic Area.
Where applicable, international transfers are governed by Chapter V GDPR and must rely on an appropriate adequacy decision or legally recognised safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Information about applicable safeguards can be requested using the contact details provided above.
13. Storage and Deletion of Personal Data
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless applicable law requires or permits longer retention.
Retention periods depend on the type of information and the relevant contractual or legal requirements.
Enquiries that do not result in a project are retained only for as long as necessary for responding, follow-up communication and justified documentation requirements.
Client project information may be retained during the contractual relationship and afterwards where necessary to comply with statutory retention obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Optional meeting recordings and transcripts are generally deleted upon completion of the relevant project, subject to the exceptions described in Section 9.
Where data is no longer required and no legal retention obligation or other lawful reason for retention applies, it is deleted.
